Elvis Presley
1935
8 January: Elvis Aron Presley becomes in East Tupelo, the Mississippi/USA as a son of the cotton picker and factory hand Vernon Presley and the sewer Gladys Presley (birth name: Smith) born. Its twin brother Jesse Garon comes dead to the world.

1937
Presleys father Vernon is arrested because of cheque falsification and condemned 1938 to three years hard labour. 1939 it from the detention will prematurely dismiss.
In these years the close connection between Presley and its nut/mother develops.
Presley in the kirchenchor collects first singing experiences.

1945
Presley wins the second price in the talent competition of the Mississippi Alabama fair and DAILY one show in Tupelo.

1946
Presley receives its first guitar and learns without guidance to play it.

1948
Presley pulls with its family after Memphis.

1949
Presley refers a subsidized low-rent housing with its family in Lauderdale Courts.It visits the Humes High School in Memphis.

1950
Work as Kinoplatzanweiser.

1953
Presley receives its graduation to the Humes High School.
Work as truck drivers with Crown Electric in Memphis.
Presley makes at own expense a plate - “My Happiness” and “That’s When Your Heartaches Begin” - with the “Memphis Recording service”, for the seat of the Sun label of SAM Phillips.The plate it wants to make for its nut/mother the gift.
